Fried Cauliflower Recipe
















Ingredients:
  • 1 big cauliflower 
  • 1 Tbsp. onion(chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. urad dhal 
  • 1/8 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds 
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Method:
  • Take each section of the cauliflower apart. 
  • Wash them and keep them ready. 
  • In a 4 quart saucepan heat oil. 
  • Saute urad dhal and mustard seeds. 
  • When mustard seeds crack, add the onion. 
  • After 3 minutes, add cauliflower, salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder. 
  • Keep on stirring until cauliflower becomes soft and cooked. 
  • Takes about 10 minutes to be cooked. 
  • Remove from the stove and serve hot with rice.
