Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast 1/2 cup
- Boiled noodles 1 cup
- Oil 4 tsp
- 2 tsp sliced onion
- 2 tsp sliced red pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp sliced carrot
- 1 tsp Chinese chilli sauce
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 tsp spring onion / scallion.
Method:
1) Boil noodles as per packet instructions. Drain excess water from boiled noodles.
2) Cut chicken into small bite size cubes. Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, corn flour and marinate for about an hour.
3) Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken gets nice golden color from both the sides.
4) Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, sliced onion, red pepper, carrot and saute for 30 seconds.
5) Add spring onion, cabbage and cook for 10 seconds.
6) Add fried chicken, soya sauce, chilli sauce and noodles, mix.
7) Add soya sauce, salt, chilli sauce, black pepper, mix and cook for 2 mts.
8) Garnish with scallion.
