Coconut Kisses
















Ingredients:
  • 3 egg whites 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla.
  • 1/4 tsp. salt 
  • 3/4 c. coconut flakes
  • 1 c. sugar 
  • 3 c. Rice Crisps

Method:
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites with salt until frothy. 
  • Beating constantly, add sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time. 
  • Continue beating until sugar dissolves and meringue forms sti peaks. 
  • Stir in vanilla. Fold in coconut and cereal. 
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. 
  • Decorate each piece with a candied fruit or M and M's. 
  • Bake 20 minutes or until f rm but not brown.
