Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla.
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. coconut flakes
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. Rice Crisps
Method:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites with salt until frothy.
- Beating constantly, add sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time.
- Continue beating until sugar dissolves and meringue forms sti peaks.
- Stir in vanilla. Fold in coconut and cereal.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Decorate each piece with a candied fruit or M and M's.
- Bake 20 minutes or until f rm but not brown.
