Ingredients:
- 1 c. milk
- 2 drops food coloring
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp. cardamom
- 1/2 c. unsalted almonds or cashews
- 1 pinch saffron
- Mix milk, oil and sugar and boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- When the mixture comes to a full boil, add nuts, coloring, milk powder, cardamom and safron.
- Stir the mixture for 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour it in a greased pan.
- When cool, cut into small squares.
