Chocolate Coconut Burfi Recipe





















Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar 
  • 3 Tbsp. Oval-tine
  • 1/2 c. water 
  • 3 Tbsp. dry milk (powder)
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut (grated) 
  • 2 Tbsp. condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds 
  • 1 tsp. melted butter
Method:
  • Mix sugar with 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan to make a syrup over medium heat.
  • When it comes to a stringy consistency, add coconut, almonds, oval-tine, milk powder and condensed milk.
  • Keep stirring.
  • When it becomes sticky, add the butter.
  • When it comes to a thick consistency, remove from heat and pour it on a greased pan.
  • When cool, cut into small pieces.
