Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes 1/2 tsp.
- mustard seeds
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp. urad dhal
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. hot green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (chopped)
Method :
- Boil potatoes in water until they become soft.
- When fully cooked, remove potatoes from hot water.
- Peel o f the skin and cut them into small cubes.
- Add salt and minced cumin seeds.
- In a frying pan, heat oil and saute mustard seeds and urad dhal.
- When mustard seeds crack, add onion, pepper, and ginger.
- When onion turns into golden color, add the potatoes.
- Stir the whole mixture and remove from heat.
