Ingredients:
- 1 big cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. onion(chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. urad dhal
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Method:
- Take each section of the cauliflower apart.
- Wash them and keep them ready.
- In a 4 quart saucepan heat oil.
- Saute urad dhal and mustard seeds.
- When mustard seeds crack, add the onion.
- After 3 minutes, add cauliflower, salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder.
- Keep on stirring until cauliflower becomes soft and cooked.
- Takes about 10 minutes to be cooked.
- Remove from the stove and serve hot with rice.
