Ingredients :
- 1 c. rice
- 4 red chilies
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. urad dhal
- 1 Tbsp. oil1
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp.asafoetida
- Wash rice and mix 2 cups of water and cook In the pressure cooker for 7 minutes.
- Dry blend mixture of fried sesame, chilies, urad dhal and asafoetida powder.
- Mix the powder with cooked rice.
