Ingredients:
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Method:
- Mix ingredients in order given. Grease and flour pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Use jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Frost while cake is warm.
