Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c.hot water
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 4 eggs, added one at a time
Method:
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or 45 minutes if angel food cake pan is used.
- After 10 minutes, pour over glaze made of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup Real lemon.
