Cheese Cake Cup Cakes Recipe















Ingredients:
  • 4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar 
  • Vanilla wafers


Method:
  • Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in bowl. 
  • Line muffin pan with baking cups. 
  • Place a vanilla wafer in each cup. 
  • Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • These may be topped with cherry pie filling or other toppings, if desired.
