Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add baking powder, soda, salt and 1 cup of the flour.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add yogurt and milk. Mix well.
- Add last 1 cup of flour. Mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Frost with your favorite frosting.
- (May use 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon flavoring that is compatible with your flavor used.)
