Ingredients:
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method:
- Mix well all ingredients.
- Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar, stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Will keep in refrigerator for several days or freezes well.
