Yogurt Pachadi Recipe

















Ingredients :

  • 4 onions {medium) 
  • 2 c. yogurt
  • 1 hot green pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (small) 
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method:
  • Cut onions lengthwise into thin pieces, pepper and tomato into small pieces. 
  • Mix them with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate. 
  • Goes well with any kind of pilaf.
  • May soak onion pieces in water for about 5 minutes and strain to remove the strong smell.
