Almond Burfi Recipe | Badam Burfi Recipe
















Ingredients:
  • 1 c. almonds 
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. milk 
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. sugar
Method :
  • Soak almonds for 3 hours, skin it and grind it into a coarse paste, adding 1/4 cup milk. 
  • Over medium heat, make a syrup in a saucepan by mixing 2 cups of sugar with 1/2 cup of water. 
  • When the syrup is of a thread consistency, add the paste. 
  • Keep on stirring while adding melted butter for about 15 minutes until it comes to a thicker consistency. 
  • Spread it on a greased pan. 
  • When cool, cut it into small squares.
