Fried Potatoes Recipe

















Ingredients:
  • 3 potatoes 1/2 tsp. 
  • mustard seeds
  • salt as per taste 
  • 1/2 tsp. urad dhal
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin seeds (minced) 
  • 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. oil 
  • 1/2 Tbsp. hot green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger (chopped)

Method :
  • Boil potatoes in water until they become soft. 
  • When fully cooked, remove potatoes from hot water. 
  • Peel o f the skin and cut them into small cubes. 
  • Add salt and minced cumin seeds. 
  • In a frying pan, heat oil and saute mustard seeds and urad dhal. 
  • When mustard seeds crack, add onion, pepper, and ginger. 
  • When onion turns into golden color, add the potatoes. 
  • Stir the whole mixture and remove from heat.
