Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- 1tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tomatoes(sliced)
- 10 dry red whole chilles and fry. On
- 10 cleaned chicken pieces
- fried curry leaves in coconut oil
- 1 handful chopped coriander leaves - 1 handful
How to make Kadai Chicken Masala Recipe:
- Take a kadai, pour required cooking oil.
- Add onion, tomatoes, 10 dry chilles and saute till oil separates from it.
- On this add all masala powders and saute till oil separates from it.
- Add cleaned chicken pieces and boil with water after cooking and keep aside.
- For better taste fry some curry leaves in coconut oil and garnish.
- Now tasty Kadai Chicken Masala curry is ready to serve.
