Kadai Chicken Masala Recipe - Kadai Chicken Masala Curry





















Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp  Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp  Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp  cooking oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tomatoes(sliced)
  • 10 dry red whole chilles and fry. On
  • 10  cleaned chicken pieces 
  • fried curry leaves in coconut oil 
  • 1 handful chopped coriander leaves - 1 handful
How to make Kadai Chicken Masala Recipe:
  1. Take a kadai, pour required cooking oil.
  2. Add onion, tomatoes, 10 dry chilles and saute till oil separates from it.
  3. On this add all masala powders and saute till oil separates from it.
  4. Add cleaned chicken pieces and boil with water after cooking and keep aside.
  5. For better taste fry some curry leaves in coconut oil and garnish.
  6. Now tasty Kadai Chicken Masala curry is ready to serve.
