Ingredients:
- Boiled and mashed Potato 3nos.
- Green Peas Cooked and mashed50g
- Spinach -chopped150g
- Green Chillies -chopped1tsp
- Ginger -chopped1tsp
- Coriander Leaves -chopped1tbsp
- Chaat Masala(Available in market) 1tsp
- Corn Flour 3tbsp
- Oil for deep frying 2tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl mix together the ingredients from 1 to 9, well.
- Divide the mixture into small equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and then press it in between your palms to give it a flat kebab shape.
- Heat oil in a frying pan deep-fry the kebabs.
- Drain it on an absorbent paper.
