Ingredients:
- 1 chicken
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- 8 green chillies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- A pinch of turmeric powder
Method:
- Marinate the chicken in a paste made with all the spices for 45 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chicken till pink.
- Add 1 ½ cups of water and cook till done and the water has evaporated.
- Serve with corn on the cob.
