Chicken Hara Bhara Recipe


















Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 8 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
 Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken in a paste made with all the spices for 45 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chicken till pink.
  3. Add 1 ½ cups of water and cook till done and the water has evaporated.
  4. Serve with corn on the cob.
