Chicken 65 with gravy





















Ingredients
I.
Boneless chicken     :    1 kilo
Tomato sauce     :    2½ tbsp
Thick curd    :    1 cup
Ginger paste    :    1 tbsp
Garlic paste    :    1 tbsp
Soya sauce    :    2 tsp
Chilli powder    :    2½ tbsp
Coriander powder    :    1¼ tbsp
Salt    :    2 tsp
Oil    :    1 cup
II. Cut finely
Green chilli    :    8
Coriander leaves     :    3 tbsp
Curry leaves    :    3 tbsp

Method 

Mix chicken with the ingredients listed in section I, except oil.
Let it marinate for an hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry the chicken pieces on a medium flame till they are golden.
Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
Add green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, the gravy in which the chicken was marinated, water and let it boil.
When the gravy starts boiling, add the fried chicken and remove from the stove after five minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Chicken 65 can be served with seeraga pulav, peas pulav, chicken pulav, mushroom pulav and panneer pulav.
