Pineapple Sheet Cake Recipe




















Ingredients:
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • FROSTING:
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Method: 
  • Mix ingredients in order given. Grease and flour pan. Bake for 25 minutes.  
  • Use jelly roll pan.       
  • Bake at 350 degrees.
  • Frost while cake is warm.
