Lemon Jello Cake Recipe


















Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c.hot water
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract 
  • 4 eggs, added one at a time

Method:
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or 45 minutes if angel food cake pan is used. 
  • After 10 minutes, pour over glaze made of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup Real lemon.
