Ingredients:
- 4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Vanilla wafers
Method:
- Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in bowl.
- Line muffin pan with baking cups.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each cup.
- Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- These may be topped with cherry pie filling or other toppings, if desired.
