Barby's Yogurt Cake Recipe

















Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk


Method:
  • Cream butter and sugar together. 
  • Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. 
  • Add baking powder, soda, salt and 1 cup of the flour. 
  • Mix until well blended. 
  • Add yogurt and milk. Mix well. 
  • Add last 1 cup of flour. Mix well. 
  • Pour into greased and floured loaf cake pan. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. 
  • Frost with your favorite frosting. 
  • (May use 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon flavoring that is compatible with your flavor used.)
