Veggie Corn Raita Recipe















Ingredients:



  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Boiled Sweet Corn
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Cooking Oil
  • Curry Leaves
  • French Beans
  • Green Chilly
  • Green Peas
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Onion
  • Strained Curd (Yoghurt)
  • Sugar and Salt as per Taste
Method to make Veggie Corn Raita Recipe:
  • Cut all the vegetables in big pieces and boil and strain them and keep aside.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds curry leaves and green chilly in to it after it heats up add the strained curd (Yoghurt) in it & then add salt & sugar to taste.
  • Now add all the boiled vegetables into it.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • This can also beaten as a vegetable dish with chapatti & it is a low calorie healthy nutritious food.
