Ingredients:
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- Wash rice.
- Boil water in pressure cooker and add rice in the boiling water and keep it closed.
- 5 minutes after steam comes out rice would be ready.
- Can be cooked in a regular pan over medium heat.
- When rice becomes soft and all the water is off you know it is cooked.
- You can add 1/2 cup frozen vegetables with the rice to make it look colorful and add 1 or 2 tablespoons ghee to make more palatable.
