Ingredients :
1 Cup cream of wheat (Sooji/Rawa, you can find that in the cereal section of the store)
2 Cups of water
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup unsalted butter or gheesome raisins
Cashews
Method :
- Heat up the butter at medium heat and add the cream of wheat to it.
- Letthe cup of wheat become golden pink and then add the water.
- Stir the whole thing quickly so that no lumps are formed.
- When the water more or less evaporates,add the sugar and the dry fruits.
- Once the consistency is right just eat it up.
