Halwa

















Ingredients :

1 Cup cream of wheat (Sooji/Rawa, you can find that in the cereal section of the store)
2 Cups of water
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup unsalted butter or gheesome raisins
Cashews

Method :
  • Heat up the butter at medium heat and add the cream of wheat to it. 
  • Letthe cup of wheat become golden pink and then add the water. 
  • Stir the whole thing quickly so that no lumps are formed. 
  • When the water more or less evaporates,add the sugar and the dry fruits. 
  • Once the consistency is right just eat it up.
